At QuidecHub, we aim to provide the best quality products and customer experience.
Returns
We offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Product is damaged or defective
- Wrong item delivered
- Item significantly different from description
To request a return, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Unboxing video (mandatory for damaged/defective claims)
Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Used or damaged products by customer
- Requests made after 5 days of delivery
Refunds
- Refunds are processed after product verification
- It may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders are not eligible for return except in case of damaged/incorrect items
- Customers must provide an unboxing video for any claims
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
Important Note
We reserve the right to reject return requests if proper proof is not provided.
